Bringing my illustrations to life makes me happy, and I spend all my free time crafting new stuff. I think to myself- what can I craft in a week? One day? One hour? My work often features animals and bright, cheerful colors, and “Carnival Critters” is no exception.

I designed and handcrafted plush balloon dogs, which are cute and colorful, and perfect for display in children’s rooms. I feel that today, many plush animals available are cute, but overly detailed and distracting. My plush dogs are the perfect balance of colorful yet simple. I wanted others to be able to experience the fun in crafting, so “Carnival Critters” includes a DIY element: an illustrated tutorial and pattern to follow.
